Open Closet is located on the lower level of the Open Table of Christ, 1520 Broad St in Providence, and provides free and low cost clothing and household items to residents of Washington Park and surrounding areas. All merchandise is donated by individuals, churches and other groups. Dedicated volunteers staff the shop. Shop hours are Wednesdays through Saturdays 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. It is a thrift store that sells these needed items at a very low rate in order to help raise funds to support the work of Open Table of Christ and Project Outreach.
